All the products on display are made by Megas, as such, it is not possible to guarantee that they are always exactly the same as depicted in the image. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that manual work is unrepeatable and unique, as well as from the quality of the materials we use.
You can access information about your sales receipts, including copies of your receipts from your profile. Please be advised that only online signups are eligible for this; in all other circumstances or if you have inquiries about your sales receipts, get in touch with our staff.
You are only allowed to return items 2-3 days after collection if there’s any complain or fault with it. Apart from that our items are thoroughly checked before delivery.
There are some items that are going to be restocked but the limited edition items are only for people that purchase at our “The Early Sales”.
You can ship your order with our options of several logistics companies and we would also contact you to confirm your preferred option.
